Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) encourages participants to recognize that they can best find their own answers to the conflicts they encounter. There are three levels of AVP training: Basic, Advanced, and Training for Facilitators. All workshops last for three days and emphasize building community among participants. broker

AGLI has developed HROC. HROC workshops take 10 people from one side of a conflict with 10 people from the other side and has a three day workshop to restore normal relationships between the two sides.
